Hello to everybody,

I'am a new user. I'am writing from Italy (Lucca - Tuscany - Tyrrenian Sea).

Very Very Happy to be with you in this fantastic forum.

Great, we have plenty of very keen fishermen on db. What type of fish do you hunt, where I live we hunt for bass.

Hello to everybody,

I fish in Tyrrenian sea expecially Ricciole, Spigole, Leccie, Muggini, Serra fish and Barracuda (mediterranean species).
mmm....e di lasconi 'un ne chiappi? rofl
A warm welcome to the new addition of the DeeperBlue.net tuscan community! :)
You will enjoy discovering new perspectives about our sport from people of every part of the world. Believe me, it's mind opening.
We also have a small section in the forum for talking about mediterranean locations and fish. See you around!

Welcome HFPROSOFT,
I am eagerly looking forward to some stories from your diving experiences!
Do you do any Diving on Archaeological sites! I believe that there are many fantastic historical sites in the Tyrrenian Sea! They are usually good fish attractors as well!
Regards,
Argo - (Craig)

Hi there Argonaut. If you have a passion for both archaeology and diving, the place to go in the Thyrrenian sea is Napoli (Naples), which is some 4 hours drive south from Htsprosoft's environs (and mine).
Napoli offers the National archaeological museum there is simply awesome, the roman town of Pompeii (still intact after 2 thousand years) is fantastic, and underwater, you may dive the ancient roman town of Portus Julius which is right in front of today's city.
Please let me know if you're interested in more details and directions for an eventual trip.

Dear Spaghetti!
Thanks for the information! The aerial view of the sunken city is very exciting!
I have also been investigating Libya and Tunisia for unique sites (Archeological). I'll update you with anything interesting!
I'd love some stories!
Thanks,
Argo - (Craig)
