Hello everyone, my name is Debra. I am new to this site. I have been SCUBA diving for couple of decades and I am planning to take up a freediving course. Wonder if anyone can give me some advise as to which is the best certification to go for? I was recently introduced to Malchonovs and they claim that they are the top certification in the freediving world... mainly because after the course, you will join their community and they will provide continual training exercises for you to self practice. I confused as my research tell me that AIDA is the most established one, Malchonovs is newly launched only since last year I think... can anyone give me some advise please?
