Hi There, and its pleasure being at this site. However, i have a question i am a free diver and i do spearfishing, but never have training, all i need to know is, how much weight should i use for free diving spearfishing as my weight is 83kg ?

Welcome to Deeperblue. You may want to check out the Beginner Freediving or Beginner Spearfishing subforums if you don't get a timely answer in here. There are lots of helpful folks in those subforums.

Plus, you may want to consider a freediving class. They cover all sorts of good information and people learn a lot from them.
