Hello everybody

I am great to join this big family , I am a freediving begginner.:t
I hope everybody can guide more and kindly .:)
I am getting start reading "Beginner Freediving" forums , and if you have any advice about improve my bottom or static times , please guide me directly.:inlove

PS: My Static is 2:30 .
 
Hi ntut, welcome to DB.

You are starting out right, read the beginner section, find a buddy. Then go diving as much as possible. Experience will tell you what areas you need to work on and then come back to the forums and search out what you need. By that time you will have specific questions that DBers will be happy to help you with.

Dear Connor

Thanks for your advice. I just find out a big problem ,that’s Frenzel-Fattah Equalization Techniques. I can do it well when my head is upon , but I can’t do it when my head to lie down . http://forums.deeperblue.com/equalisation/66614-equalization-head-down.html
I will try to understand it.
 
Hi ntut,

Just a suggestion. Read as much as you can find using the search function for "frenzel." You may stumble on something that makes it easy. That happened to me. Eric's article is great, but I could not implement it, kept reading and somebody said something that fit me perfectly. Suddenly it was a snap.
