Hi guys,

i'm new to the community so I thougt I might introduce myself, My name is Paul Verhoeven.
I live in the Netherlands and I'm 14 years old. (so sorry if my english is wrong sometimes)

As I said i'm reallitively new to freediving. I did it in Thailand and Curacao, last time was in Curacao last year. I did some snorkling, and go down with my snorkle from time to time, where I didn't come deeper than 10m. I discovered free diving a few days ago and really want to improve myself becouse I loved every second of every dive I did in Thailand and Curacao.

So this was my introduction, I hope you guys would like to give me some tips or something.

Hope to speak you guys soon, bye
