Time to say hello in this forum. I´m a female freediver from Germany and have been looking here for information about freediving the last weeks. There is a lot of knowledge in this community.
In a diving club I began freediving last year and got an AIDA*.
Had no experience in Diving before and now enjoy the calm and self-awareness this sport gives to me.
I´m glad about sharing and discussing experiences here in future.
