Hello Friends,

I'm new to this forum, too. Just signed in today. I live in the izmir, Turkey. The Agean coast:inlove is the best that I know. I go to sea side at weekends for spearfishing. The spearfishing is the best activity that I can do in terms of sport, at my age of forty, instead of dealing with a variety of dangers..!:naughty I’m married and having 11 years old daughter. I have been spearfishing for 4 years. I like spearfishing, because it leads/pushs me to make vital capacity increasing initial sport activities on land ; then the love of underwater and spearfishing keeps me fit and conditioned by diving and hunting; and finally I become very happy if I can have a good shot(That is the prize of the sea.) on lovely Fish. Imagine such a good activity. I like it very much.

I really wonder if there is such a good activity at this stage of my life. I don't think that there any...

I will be around after then occasionally to clear any of my own doubts with the more experienced of you. And I will be pleased if my experience becomes a solution of anyone’s problem.

Welcome to DB Guven!
There's lots of information here on the forums, use the search function liberally, you'll be suprised at what you can "fish" with it . There are quite a few spearos form Turkey on DB as well.
