Hello from a newby in the East of England

Hello to all

I'm new to the spearfishing scene but would love to get into it. I live in Norfolk on the East coast of England but am prepared to travel.

Would greatly appreciate any advice on how to get involved with the sport and where to learn the ropes etc with courses.

I'd even be grateful to learn from others that are going out by tagging along and watching how they pick spots, set up gear etc.
