Hello all. I am just getting my feet wet in this sport that has intrigued me for so long. I have been scuba diving for years and often snorkel in search of dinner (I won't insult you all and call what I do actual freediving/spearfishing). I am as green as they come when it comes to the many intricacies and techniques of freediving, but I'm looking to soak up as much knowledge as I can and take a proper course in the near future. I am fascinated by the thought of ditching the scuba gear and exploring the oceans more stealthily. Any and all advice is welcome. Hope to get to know some of you and share this great sport. Take care, all!

Hey TR,

I'm new to Boston and to freediving and was wondering where you snorkel in NE? I've done some polespear fishing on the westcoast but nothing on the eastcoast.

Good Things
Mike
