Hi,

My name is Jeff Georgette and I am a freediver and beach lover from California, United States.
I have been a beach lover all my life, from learning to boogieboard and skimboard as a kid, and always enjoyed swimming in pools during the summertime. I have become interested in freediving over the past year from seing youtube videos and going out to swim in the ocean and gym pools. I have spent time in central california (santa barbara and SLO) and now reside in the SF bay area. ALso interested in spearfishing local spots. I'm trying to get out to the bahamas in nov-dec this year for VerticalBlue 2014 and maybe a class too.

Welcome Jeff. I doubt that we can get together since I live about 500 miles south, but its good to have another guy from the left coast here.

I'm a spear fisherman who does it free diving rather than a free diver, but you have come to the right forum for free diving. I've participated in several other forums, and this is by far the best for free dive expertise.
