Hello All,

I have always liked the water and am only now getting into spearfishing. Any forums that discuss improving breath-holding and performance when spearfishing is what I'm truely interested in. I am an amateur to the fullest extent of the word when it comes to freediving/spearfishing.

I hope to learn from all of you and hopefully one day I can give back as I get better.
