Just want to say hello to everyone in cyberspace reading this post.

Thought I would checkout what other people have to say about scuba diving besides what I hear in the PADI dive shops.

I was directed here when I googled Suunto's new Cobra 2, and there were some posts about it here. I have been a DiveRite Nitek user for years, but the new Suunto with the built-in deep stops looks pretty good.

Has anyone been diving on the aircraft carrier, the Oriskanny, yet? I am considering diving on it in the near future.

Hope to chat with you all soon.

Thanks Sanso. So how is the local diving in Germany? Do you dive in the North Sea or inside Germany? Must be extremely cold...

I mostly dive lake Constance situated between Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
In the winter it tends to be about as cold as liquid water gets in its natural habitat. But a good suit makes that an excellent experience. heheh...
