Hey Everyone,

My name is Preston. I live on Buzzards Bay and am a beginner spearfisherman. I started a couple summers ago, but started on a high note with a blown eardrum on my second dive, I had never been told about equalizing my ears. Ive seen learned how and am just getting back into it...

I'm very much looking forward to learning more about spearfishing and freediving techniques from this forum and will attempt to contribute in any positive ways I can.

Preston

Hi and welcome

I dive in RI alot as MASS does not alow the taking of striped bass.

Look in free diving techniques section of this site and youl find alot of good tips and tricks also SAFTY.

There are alot of divers in MAS CT RI and NY so you should not find it hard to get a dive partner.

Regards Jmaes

Hello Preston and welcome on DB all we start like this i never told before about equalizing till i join DB and learned most of the safety info in addition to diving with experienced buddy...

All best
