my name is Renee and i have just started my path of freediving and cant wait to find the limit if there is one of my mind and my body. i have done martial arts for 27 years and rock climb and was in the army for 9 years I'm the big 30 next month gulp :O. I'm very friendly and like to help were i can and hope to one day be name in the world of freediving

I don't mate sorry can ride a bike no problems he he but never done it for fitness or sport plus my bike weighs a tone lol

Aha I see koga is the old name of a place in japan were the style of martial arts I do comes from. The proper way to say it is koka
