I want to start something here in mexico because there is a lot of iliegal fishing here that we need to get rid of. I think if we start the sport of spearfishing, sport fishing will help a lot to end up with iliegal fishing.
Never hunted underwater, but would love to start, want to start with the basics. I own a DC #730081 SSI approved in which I want to start conducting information and classes
Hope I can do something
