I am a longtime and avid scuba diver who wants to start training in freediving to improve my confidence underwater. (I don't plan on mixing the two disciplines by freediving with an N2 load BTW)

I started doing O2 and CO2 tables about 2 weeks ago and have improved my time from 50 secs to 2 minutes in that time. Next move will be to find some training which I expect I will have to do in Vancouver...not likely it is a popular sport around here.

I have 6 more working days left before retirement....I can hardly wait.

Looking forward to learning from the experienced folk here.

Feel free to browse the forums. There is a lot of information around here. Welcome to DB :)

Hey neighbour :) I'm Down in Vernon.. Hows the water up there? Bri
