gday all my name is tonks and am a commercial diver and fisherman from port lincoln south australia.
i am very keen to further my breath holding ability for my spearfishing and big wave surfing the only trouble is that its very hard to access safe deep water here due to the amount of white pointer sharks attracted to our tuna farm industry. there is also no freedive courses anywhere close at all as i live in a small coastal town. if anyone has any ideas of training techniques or books with good information it would be much appreciated. i have access to a pool at the local jetty and also the shallow bay waters are safe for training.
any hints welcome thankyou and have a good one
tonks..
