Brand new here. I post on another forum called spearboard but just found out about deeper blue.

I try to dive (for fun) at least a couple times a week. Work is also diving but not the fun type.

Thanks for reading.

Welcome to DB, Captn Ron! Are you a fan of that movie, too? We have a pretty good California contingent here :) Do you spearfish?

That movie is hilarious!.............Captn ron lost his eye to that shark. I lost my leg to that same shark:).

Yeah I definitely do spearfish.

Did you really loose a leg to a shark? Two of my buddies that I grew up with on Kauai both lost legs to tigers. Never kept me out of the water... as a matter of fact didnt keep them out of the water either:)

Welcome to the DB!

No....................I didn't really lose it to a shark.....that's just what I tell the kids:). Lost the leg a long time ago from a motorcycle accident.

Hi Ron. Come help provide some action in the CA forum- we need the help.

For the rest of you- I've been diving with Ron, and yes, he does have just one leg. However, he does better with one than most of us do with two.

Hey Bill,
Thanks for the compliment. Congratulations again on that toad of a white seabass.

Hopefully, you'll let me go out with you again for a trip down south!
