Spent the last year in Sardinia and got into spearfishing, mostly unsuccessful outings as I am new to it but loved being out in the water (especially the Med). I am moving back to my home in UK next month (Worthing) and look forward to getting a few months of UK spearfishing in (although I will need to improve dramatically to deal with non med conditions). Any recommended spots on the Sussex coast as not sure if Worthing is a good option (visibility generally v poor , I know this as I have kayaked this area a a lot) ??
