Hello from Slovenia, I spent a big part of my life at the sea so I did diving and spearfishing regularly. However, it was only in 2011 that I took a freediving course and learned all the fascinating facts about diving. I wasn't interested into competitive disciplines at that time, but this year I started to train Dynamic apnea (no fins) in a local pool. For now I'm really bad at it, I can make only 75m, but I'm looking forward to improve it with training and your tips maybe:)
