Hello everyone! I've been lurking here for years but finally decided to create an account and become more involved in the community. 30 years old and been freediving casually for about 5 years. I'm currently freediving and snorkeling pretty often and getting PADI level I freediver in about a month. I have been freediving and snorkeling pretty casually for a number of years but lately I've been taking it much more seriously. And going to try spearfishing soon with some friends. I would love to meet some new people here to dive and train with if anyone is located around the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area please let me know!

We have tons of members from Miami/Ft Lauderdale area - I'd suggest posting in the US sub-forum.

I'd also suggest connecting with Ted Harty (@ImmersionFD) in Ft Lauderdale. You can find out more info about Ted at www.immersionfreediving.com - he can also connect you with tons of local people into Freediving and Spearfishing.

Hey, I am from Miami but living in Gainesville for school. I am constantly driving back and forth and im always down to dive when im down there.
