I am not even a beginner yet. I've done some snorkeling-just came back from La Jolla cove- and have always loved it and water in general. Recently while swimming laps in Hood River, I met an International-level free diver.He had a monofin.I instantly became interested. I asked him how to get started and he directed me to DeeperBlue.
I plan to take a freediving class when I can get away. Is there anything I can do before the class? I know I shouldn't be training alone in the water but are there dry land things I can do?
