Hello guys.
I'm a divemaster, becoming a PADI instructor soon, who is also very interested in freediving.
I was working as a snorkel guide in Koh Phi Phi, and there I was introduced to freediving. I made videos for my customers, so I had to go down to the fishies, make the video, and come back up.
My breathholding was enough for that, but I would like to increase my times underwater, to make better videos. I never made it longer than a minute! :(
So I think I am interested in dynamic freediving then.
I never took a freediving course, wanted to gather some information on the net before.
Are there any books you could recommend, or even better some pdf's?
Well, lets see what happens next !?
Thanks for any suggestions.
peace
-matt
