Hi Everybody,

My name is Nikolay. Greetings from Varna. It's a small city on the Black Sea coast, but I go frequently to neighbour Greece and dive in Aegean Sea. I love spearfishing and freediving in the sea. I'm diving down to 15-20 m. My goals are to increase my apnea and hunting technique. I spearfish mostly mullet fishes and bass fishes. My apnea si 2 - 2:30 minutes and want to improve it to 4 - 4:30 min. Also I m interested in Yoga and breath exercises.

Regards,

Niki
