Hello!

I'm new to deeper blue. Please say hello!

I started Freediving via channel 4's recent documentary Hidden Talent. You might have seen me as they featured me a couple of times- but sadly I wasn't the main person they picked (just in the top 5). Since then I have been training in Manchester with freedivers.co.uk and entered the 2012 UK pool Freediving championships where I won best newcomer. And I am currently training for my 3* qualification.

I have a request to make though...

Please help my dreams of doing a Masters degree in Music/Singing a reality -I can't afford to pay for the tuition fees all by myself and am currently 2nd in a competiton to win £4000 toward the fees. All I need to do is to get the most votes. Please click on the link, click "hey vote for me" then share the link with your friends. All you need to do is one click- and it really could change my life.

Thank you,

Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,

I do remember your being the singer who was good at freediving on the Hidden Talent show.

Glad to hear you've found a good club, and will be learing safely, with new friends.

Hope you have a ton of fun freediving in years to come. I'll go & click the site now.

Welcome Jennifer - bummer I am upset I missed the TV show. Also, shame you are training with Steve :p

On the bright side, you just got one more vote ;-)

Welcome to DB Jennifer!

It's nice to have you around!

I've just voted for you.

And wish you the best!

Here is a video of Jennifer Coleman performing a self composed song:

Welcome to Deeper Blue Jen, glad you carried on with the diving after the show.
Fat Steve (Apneaboy) will see you ok, if he gets a bit lippy just keep feeding him pies and beer.:D:Droflrofl

Your warnings came to late and she is under my spell and a committed Freediver :)

Mwahahahhahaa (evil cackle)

@ Jenny. Watch out for armchair apnea forum members who only talk a good dive haha

Namely myself! hahaha :ban

PS although I do freedive 100 times less often than last year (literally), at least when I do it's *marginally* more enjoyable than the UK Pools/Lakes - see attached :p

PS2 mini-comp: see if you can spot my 'fins' in the attached :wave

Thanks for all your support guys!!!

I don't know who is singing in that video, but it certainly isn't me. Sounds nothing like me and I don't write songs.

Whoever it is is nice though.

There are videos of me on YouTube

Please post one here! :D

I'm sorry for my mistake.

Here you go:

See I sound totally different. I sing opera

Totally awesome, if a lady would sing like that to me, I would totally blush and lay down with my paws up

Yeah I saw it and I was positively surprised by the production. I also saw Fidelio in Manchester which was brilliant.

Anyway since I'll be back in Manc at the end of August, I will probably get to know you as I also plan to get pulled into the deep by Steve.
