so I'm another (I assume there are many) converted scuba diver. I literally am just starting out and the first thing I did was buy the freedive manual talked about on this website. I would love to follow that book with a class however I live in a bad place for someone to love diving so much, Denver, Colorado haha!! I just would like to say hello and thanks for the all the great guides and help I've found so far and I'm sure will find here. I found the O2 and CO2 tables for training in a link earlier. Do you guys think it's too soon for me to try using these charts to increase my STA?

I am not so experienced to answer ur question but i can tell u that I've been Spearfishing for around 3 yes so far Freediving and one month ago started a Freediving course from this course I learned manythings and I saw how much important it is to take a course and to keep an experienced buddy with u doing apnae can lead to black out and the life guards at pool may not b able to rescue u I do not want to freak u out but just don't want any harm to happen 4 u...

All best
