I wanted to introduce myself as I will be researching past threads and seeking advice on this great forum.
I consider myself a novice at freediving. However, I was doing it for years as a kid without realizing it was passion for so many...born and raised in Hawaii - sad, I know!
It's been 20 years since those days, but I have "trained" off and on with static breath holds and under-water swimming with a buddy for a couple years.
I'm glad to share this joy with you all and I appreciate the help you give to us new guys!
