Ime a guy who went swimming one day and realised he could getto 20 metres on one breath rofl it started when i was younger trying to do legnths of pools on a breath and would like to pursue it further and get some training in freediving, but i done know what to do or who to go to:confused: . can some one give some advise please.

Welcome mate, am from near you (Chesterfield) and been training with Steve (ApneaBoy on here), get in touch with him he should be able to sort you out :)

I’ll second the vote for having a chat with Steve (Apneaboy) he’s a spot on sort of bloke (but don’t tell he I said that) and I’m sure he’ll help you out with a bit of training.
