If you have time, a group of us shows up at Arlington Pool in Sarasota every Monday afternoon. I'm usually there two or three other days a week. Great place to try some new ideas or stretch your capacity a bit with some safety.

Where exactly is Arlington pool? What is it you practice there? Do you get out and dive & if so where? Do you do any spearfishing? I dive quite a bit in Venice looking for shark teeth. These are all shore dives as well. If interested let me know!

Arlington City Park is a mile or so East of downtown. I'll pm directions if needed. We practice various freediving skills, individual choice. I'm working on FRC and time down, trying to figure out the most effective level of inhale and breathup style. Come join us.
I used to be a serious spearo but limit myself to getting dinner today, most spearing in the Bahamas, don't do much Gulf diving.
Winter and spring, we dive Florida springs. Some of them are fabulous, see "You want to go diving WHERE?"in Freediving Stories, two threads.
I'm interested in the teeth dive, have a boat if that helps.
