I have been reading the forum for while and got great tips from here.
I moved to a tropical Island all most 2 years ago and have been doing some sort of freediving since.
I have a background in water sports, but from 25 years back. Used to play underwater rugby as a kid and swam for couple of years.
Did AIDA 1 star a while a go and to be honest, only thing I learn´t was recovery breathing and think 200 bucks was little steep for that. Instructor was nice and I don´t blame him for ripping me off but I think I´ll stick to "free"diving from now on.
I do yoga and think of freediving as application to that. Shure love the lifestyle and think this is something I´ll do for rest of my life.
Sorry the pointless ranting... Just wanted to say hello!
