I am pretty new to freediving. I go to a school with a swimming course, and after being assigned to read Deep over the summer was hooked on learning to freedive. I've not taken any courses for freediving and my only experience is some breath hold training and spending free time in the swimming course holding my breath underwater

Welcome Ty! I watched quite a few Florida Freediver YouTube videos during lock down, their phase 1 course which includes pool training sounds like a good way to start safely.

Thanks for the recommendation, been looking at the places which provide training around me so will definitely check them out!
