I went to Belize last August. I stayed in Caye Caulker. We took a small Sail boat tour Cocanut Cruize, about a 18 foot sailboat down past Dangriga. On the way we would stop and Spearfish and snorkel the reefs. Im not sure what info you want but you can do it a lot of places, just watch out for the national parks and preserves, Belize is known for those. I was spearin mostly baraccuda, cought a couple of 4 footers, they come right up to you on the remote reefs. Ill see if i can dig up some vids of the underwater landscape i took on my digi cam to give you an idea of whats down there.
