Welcome to DB from Texas! This would be the place to find a dive buddy (found 5 locals here). Try searching Ghana on the search link.

Thank you for the hello agbiv,i`m also new forums i dont know how the search link works if you find the time explain to me how it works thank you geoff3

Geoff:

Been there w/ being new to navigating!

1) Top line on page has "Home, News, Forums, Gallery. Courses, Shopping"--next line down...
2) go to right past "User CP, Blogs">>>>"Search"
3) click on "Search", type in your key word or phrase (such as Ghana)

It will pop up threads to see if anyone is in Ghana

There's probably other DBer's out there who can give you even better ideas. Good luck!

thank you i`m going to do what you sent to me thanks again geoff3

thank you foxfish i`m new to the forum and compters thanks again geoff3

Thanks Foxfish, learned something new myself at that. Foxfish has been at this a bit longer than me & is very knowledgeable. You'll see soon enough that DBers are very open w/ help & some will even give out secret fishing holes! Adios hasta la manana. :friday

Well Al, you have been known to give out the odd you tip too.
I have been freezing my fish in water for the last few weeks, in fact I have used various flavours in the freezing water like tarragon & garlic, I also found it pays to save a little of the "flavoured freezing water" to add to any sauces you might be making to go with the fish.

Great on the flavored water. Just a caution to never, ever, ever, ever, (emphatic enough?) reuse the freezing water to re-freeze. It must be cooked, up to 160' F, to insure no little bad bactirium are deciding to grow. :martialSame w/ marinades--okay for basting on the origional item but discard--or you'll wind up discarding the hard way! :blackeye
