Hi there

I am a total beginner to this site and freediving as a whole. Spoken to a few of the staff through email and they are all superb and very helpful. Just starting out and working on my own.

Trying to get better on dry land until i can find training partners in scotland.

Hope everyone is good

Catch you all soon

All the best
