I'm so glad i found a forum like this!!! I can't belive the amount of knowledge on freediving that you guys are all willing to share here! I kind of started freediving when i was about 12, without knowing that there are people out there doing it as a sport and even holding competitions. I've got to admit that i'm a little proud of me: Apperently i taught myself that Frenzel-mouth-fill-technic trough try and error, and managed to go about 10m deep at the time. Of course no one around me understood my obsession with diving deeper and managing longer distances (ca. 30m) and when my parents started to worry about the depth i was pushing myself to, i dropped the habbit to get out of the arguments... I was really thrilled when i found out that there are other like me and even courses being held to learn freediving the save way! And there is a diving club in my middle sized hometown that does these courses sometimes (they are more into scuba)! So i'm really looking forward to getting into freediving again and discussing and sharing with all of you! Love Avialle
