Hey everyone!
My name is Derek and I'm new here! I actually heard about this site from a worker at dolphin scuba center here in sacramento CA. I'm new to the whole free diving scene but if anyone is in sacramento and is willing to help me out with some exercises I would greatly appreciate it. I currently go to the Calfit in Natomas and I swim, although over the past couple of months i haven't had a membership but i'm looking to get fit, get healthy and learn how to free dive! Well that's all I have for now, I look forward to hearing from everyone and reading about your experiences!
