Hi everyone, I'm a total complete beginner at freediving but I'm looking to get into it as summer rolls around so any advice would be great. I would obviusly like to be able to hold my breath for alot longer, so what exercises/tables would you recomend me.
Cheers for any help
Ty

I got really far fast by just holding my breath until it was a bit uncomfortable but not struggling and then relaxing for 2 min before repeating and going 10-15 sec longer. 6 times a few times a week.

You can also try apnea walking. Go for a walk on a soft surface (grass is best) and hold your breath. Breathe when you need to, for a minute or two. Then do it again. Work up to doing it for 30 minutes if you want best results.
