HELP...I'm Land-locked and Standing Still!!!

I live in Kentucky so the chances of me getting to dive in the salty brine are few and far between. But that didn't stop me from learning all I could about freediving. I started doing dry static and got up to 5 minutes and I can do 25 meters dynamic consistently. Beyond that I have no idea how to further my training and I've hit a wall. Does anyone have any tips on how I could improve my times and what training regiments I might try? Thanks for your help!

well doing static tables will help out, make sure you only do one a day. Also make sure that you are also doing alot of other cross training! like running, lap swimming ext. Other than that the only other thing I do is Dynamic reps and "fake" dives. In the fake dives I normally do a 1-2min breath up swim hard for 40' and then slowly swim around in circles and then turn around and swim hard for 40' back to where I had started to simulate a dive. I really don't know if that last idea helps in training, but I think that it is fun and I do enjoy doing it! Something that you can try and shoot for when doing that last training plan is a 1min breath up with a 1min dive.
Also make sure that you have proper saftey personell in place when doing any type of training in the water. No Exeptions! The safty personell need to know what to do incase of a BO or Samba. Other than that have fun stay safe and see you in the water
