Hi Spearos!

i am living in the Philippines and more and more students of mine also want to join on our spearfishing trips.
I always do at least 2 days of freedive training with them before they can join hunting.

For this introduction/training I want to write a "Spearfishing Guideline" consisting of 3 Parts:

1. Safety
- gun handling
- buddy system
- ...

2. Spearfishing Regulations/Recommondations
- no hunting inside of sanctuaries
- no hunting on scuba dive sides
- ...

3. Environmental commitment (?)
- protected or endangered species
- which fish are good for eating
- ...

My question: Where can i find good sources/regulations/articles for developing such a spearfishing guideline?

By the way: Spearfishing without the use of tanks is legal in the Philippines.

Bye,

Wolfgang
