Alright everybody, ive done next to no apnea training since around novemeber. I lose all appetite for swim sports in the winter is probably the biggest cause. Anyhow I want to go for the performancefreediving course this August as intermediate, but i have done no training for a while that my times are likely much less (ill try it again later in the day and tell you) but i estimate no more then 2:00 minutes, likely like 1:30 though. anyway i need tips to do speed-training! how can i whip myself back into the 5-6 minute range withing like 2 months (i also plan on joining my local club; Freedive Toronto, sometime very soon) so yes, how can i get back up there and do it fast?

Keep doing breath hold training say every second day. Fattah says you can do it every day if you take enough antitoxins and get enough sleep. After training breath holds for two months at the end when you have a longer rest you should notice a big improvement. Also get swimming. Get into the pool work on your fining get your monofining technique down if you are using a monofin.
Also Freedive Toronto might have started line training already so if you can train line as much as possible you should be ready for the clinic.
