Hello Folk!!!

I´m diver and swimmer but not freediver and I´d to like learn this modality (Dynamic Apnea with Fins) in the pool. I swim three times per week (2000 meters x class) in the evenings. The swimming pool dimensions is Olympic-size.

I have been practicing with a Cressi Gara 2000 HF at the final of the class doing modest six series of 25 meters in Dynamic Apnea with fins and the remaining 25 meters in crowl style.

My goals are: 50 meters in Dynamic Apnea with Fins.

Could you recommend me please (humbly) a basic training program to beginners?

Thanks in advance!!!

Rubén.

You don't need any specific training to do 50m dynamic with fins. Especially that you are a swimmer. Just try it before your training session when you are not tired yet. Before you start try to relax (both muscles and mind) for ~2 minutes and don't swim too fast. Remember to have someone watching you all the time.

Agree with what Marcin says. Keep your movements efficient and after a bit of trying you'll get to 50 meters and beyond.

Do you recommend me to do any exercises static apnea before?

Thank you.

You can, but you don't have to. What probably will be more feasible is to start with a smaller distance that you feel super comfortable about and increase progressively.
Again, none of that without supervision (you want a dedicated spotter, not some pool attendant or similar who happens to hang out at the pool.).
