This is probably the wrong site to be asking this on, and probably the wrong forum too, but I found this on a beach in Cornwall earlier, does anyone know what it is? Anything would help. Thanks
 
A bit like the tentacles of an octopus that was dried. But maybe I'm wrong and you should find a forum dedicated to marine life. And they will probably answer you more accurately.
