Hey Guys

Im totally new to this, so bear with me!
I seriously want to learn breath control techniques, NOT for competition or anything, just cos im very at home in the water and do alot of snorkelling.

Ive read many of the articles on this great site, but im having trouble actually putting it all together into a helpful "starting guide"
If there is anyone out there who has a good training routine for the very beginner, or who would like to help me formulate one?
Alternitavely, if you have a good link to something i may have missed please post it.

Ill just point out again im not trying to break any records, would just like to get my static time up to 3min minimum.

Thanks in advance.

Daniel:confused:

Johan
