Help with fin and size choice, Omer Stingray, Imersion E:Green or Cressi Gara 3000LD?

First post here. I'm just starting out with freediving and want a nice pair of fins to start out with.

I have no idea of the sizes to choose, my feet are EU47 and a bit on the wide side. The ones at the top of my list at the moment are the Omer Stingray's in size 47/48 but I worry they might be too big, but that's better than being too small I guess since I can use a sock. I've read that the the Cressi's are quite small in their sizes so the 46/47 of the Cressi's might be too small, might also be too narrow for my feet. The Imersion fins have a max size of 45/46 wich I worry might be too small even if I've read that they're quite roomy.

So, please enlighten me... What fins should I choose and how do the sizes compare between the brands?

No fancy expensive carbon fin recommendations at the moment please, I just want to start learning and if I get hooked I can get some more expensive fins.

Immersions are big and wide. I can't talk about 45+, but if you want maximum power and aren't in cold water, not wearing a sock is a good thing!

How about the H Dessault with their plastic blades. They go up to a 46-48. I'm a US 11 and use 42-44 with 3 mm socks in warm water, and 44-46 with 7 mm socks in cold water. The blades are nothing special, but the footpockets are great.

H.Dessault is widest what i have tried. Omer Stingray is best choice here i think.
I use Leaderfins f/p (same like Stingray), my feet is EU44, f/p 45-46, with 7mm socks, fits perfectly

Hi,I have a pair of omer stingray and I must say they are not too, bad but slighty soft, (I´m 80 kg weight). Footpockets are quite comfortable, my shoes size is 42,5 - 43 ,fp are 43-44 and fit quite good with 3mm socks. One remark at the end ,I bougt a fiberglass blades medium stiffnes from leaderfins and put it in my fp. and the result is hard fin due to really hard tendons.Look at this The Pond I wish you to find the best fins for you.

Hello, please could you answer me one question , are you able to compare stiffnes of tendons between omer stingray fp and leaderfins fp. Thank you fo reply. Bye
