Hi - hope these pictures are attached. Been asked to put these here - I've just bought a Cressi Apache 75cms and need to attach the cord to the spear (last photo) with a knot that can pass through the eye in photo 3 and finally to the gun (first photo). My query was - what are the best knots to use - or should I scrap this cord and go for another attachment? If so, what?!

Please forgive my ignorance - but this is a whole new world to me!

For any who get stuck like me - a bowline knot with a half hitch for the spear (strong and still goes through the eye of the muzzle) and a reef knot for the gun itself.

Next question! I am quickly changing to bungee and monofilament - I'm looking at the Omer Bungee Moya. Does anyone know if the loop opens up so I can thread it onto my speargun? I presume it does but just want to check before I buy it...
