I was wondering how i can hold my breath for a while, are their any techinques that i could use to hold my breath for a decent amount of time?
thank's in advance for your answers
Yes, in fact there are many techniques, but you might have to be more specific to get some answers. That question could have at least a thousand answers.

Actually, it might just be easier to browse around on the forum and see what you can find out. If you have any questions about terminology or concepts then let us know. But do a little research, see what you can find for yourself. We are glad to help when we can. However, we won't do ALL the work for you. ;) Good luck!
