Hi I have not long been interested in freediving I dont scuba dive and cant hold my breath for minutes and minutes. My boyfriend does scuba dive so I know a little about that but nothing that helps me with this. So how do I start?.

If you go back to the begining freediving section there is a sticky ( a thread that always stays at the top of the page ) It was started by Akoni and is 5 pages long.
theres a lot of info in it if you read through it and will answer a lot of questions. if your confused by anything post in here angain. I,m sure you will find what you need best to join a club if you can but I don,t know of any myself directly. You could also look up www.britishfreediving.org might help you out with finding a club near you.
