Hey you guys,

Seems like a great place to share and learn about diving.
I am into apnea for the past 6 months, jsut finishing my apnea courses/certification and it's going just fine, it's the most amazinng "thing"
I have ever done/tran/experience definitely.

At the moment I'm doing some heavy trainings to improve/increase my lungs volume. As well, I found this great info about pressure equalizing. FIND IT HERE http://www.liquivision.ca/frenzel.doc and have a safe diving!

If You want to thank eric for teaching You the Frenzel, he's efattah on DB. And please convey my greetings, as that also changed my diving and I have never thanked him properly.
