Hey everyone! thought i'd introduce myself

Hey! Im 15, and I live in Regina, Saskatchewan. I have just started recreational freediving, and thanks to you guys here at DB, im proud to say my new record for static apnea is 2'04! (cue applause. . . I know, i know, not that great. Im working at it!) I've been posting around here for a few days already, so i figured i'd introduce myself formally. Im looking for a buddy as well, from Regina. Just wanted to say, you all have a great forum here. Thanks for the help already, and thanks in advance for any more in the future!

PS: what is that rep. power stuff? I got one, and i have a little green square, but it says i have no rep. power. Are they thehe same thing or no? Any help would help!:head

Welcome, Alex. Reputation power tells how many points you are giving when you add to someone's reputation by clicking the balance icon at his/her post. Before you can do so, you have to post at least certain number of posts (I believe 30 - you'll find it in the FAQ or in vBulletin help)- that's why you have power 0 now - you cannot give any reputation, although you have the basic rep of 1. This is a measure to prevent too easy manipulation of the reputation system. As I told - read the FAQ or the vBulletin help for more details on it.
