Yes! I like it grilled (we're in the Southern Fried area) and stewed in a bed of cajun seasoning, olive oil, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, onion, okra, celery, serano peppers, bell pepper and anything else i might toss in. Do it also with our freshwater largemouth bass that way. Served over rice. I am not sure but i ate catfish before but compared to other fish like Grouper and King fish it has no chance Specially when it is prepared with curry garlic and lemon mix would be nice fried fillet...
